Under $300,000 – $150
$301,000 – $500,000 – $175
$501,000 – $750,000 – $200
$751,000 – $999,999 – $250
Over $1,000,000 – $350
Addition of twilight / night-shoot – $100
Rush editing service (same-day delivery) – $50
Full Builder Photography Shoot – $350
Kitchen Only Photography – $125
Bathroom Only – $75
Kitchen & Bath Only Shoot – $150
Travel includes 30 miles round trip free. Anything beyond that will be billed at $0.50/mile.
Standard turn-around is 24-48 business hours. Payments accepted via credit/debit cards, cash, check and Venmo.
